About Us

Central-South China Transmission & Distribution Equipment Co., Ltd. (CTDEC) was established in 1980. CTDEC is one of the three professional transmission and distribution equipment corporations in China. CTDEC has independent import and export rights and was awarded as "Henan High-Tech Trade Enterprise".

In order to adapt to the development of socialism market economy and establish modern corporate system, CTDEC was restructured as a joint share company in 1996 with XJ Group Corporation being the main shareholder, depending on the state large transmission & distribution equipment manufacturers, including Tianying Group, Baoding Tianwei Group and Zhengzhou Cable Group Co., Ltd. Our company specializes in producing transformers, HV/LV circuit breakers, instrument transformers, power capacitors, HV electric porcelains, electric wires and cables, equipment of power system automation and relays.

CTDEC has actively participated in national power construction since the foundation of more than twenty years ago and made efforts to develop international power equipment market. Our company has completed hundreds of domestic projects, such as Xiaolangdi 6*300MW Hydro Power Station, Yunnan Dachaoshan 550KV Substation, Henan Luoyang 550KV Substation, Shenzhen Yueliangwan 2*50MW Power Plant and Hubei Ezhou 4*30MW Plant.

CTDEC has actively developed foreign markets during the past several years. We have completed more than thirty overseas projects with equipment, transmission & distribution lines. We designed Baghdad 550KV Substation, Indian 126KV substation and Burma Four 4*10MVA Hydro Power Station.

CTDEC has powerful technical strength and all the advanced transmission & distribution equipment can be produced according to Chinese Standard (GB), IEC standard, JIS standard, DIN or VDE standard.

Through participating and partnership with the shareholder factories and other big transmission & distribution equipment manufacturing enterprises, our corporation is licensed for the sale and representation of their electric products and the joint development of part of the new high-tech products.
