Changzhou City Handing Machine, founded in May 2002, is a private enterprise that emerges during the deep-going process of China's reform and opening in the country. Starting from an unknown enterprise located in Nanxiashu Town, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province with only a dozen of employees. Our enterprise, through the all-around recruitment of outstanding talents, has gradually developed into a well-known enterprise with the capability of conducting the independent R&D and innovation, providing the energy-saving, high-efficient, and heavy-duty new machines for international manufacturers in such sectors as wires, cables, and data cables, and producing the products needed in the international wire, cable, and data cable manufacturing industries.

In 2008, a new plant was constructed and located at the Lijia Industrial Zone, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province with an area of more than 16,000 square meters, workers and administrative staff of more than 150, together with a series of such specialized manufacturing equipment as advanced CNC lathes, milling machines, boring machines, SLGMAR space VSR systems, high-precision universal grinding machines, precision profile cutting machines, precision bearing induction heating systems, concentricity dynamic calibration balancing machines so as to provide better quality assurance for the plant and meet the customers' requirements in a timely manner. At present, the original products from Japan, the United States, Taiwan, and Switzerland are being applied as the main parts and electrical components in our plant. At the same time, our plant keeps adopting valuable suggestions from the customers, gradually improves the product types and the practicality of the users. In 2002, our plant intensified the efforts in improving the extrusion machines (extruders), conducting the technical improvements and innovations on the equipment complex which ranges from the setting-out to the taking-up equipment. In 2005, our fluorine plastic, low-smoke and halogen-free products, PE foam, high-density foam, double-layer co-extrusion, special PU and 5E lines, No. 6 category cables, and other high-tech product lines have been gradually improved and matured, which was highly praised by customers both at home and abroad (Germany, Britain, Japan, Taiwan Area, and Korea).

Meanwhile, to meet the demands from customers, continuous improvements and updates have been made in the investment, development and manufacture of No.5 class and No.6 class special equipment. Moreover, our plant is seeking for greater perfection in the process of the manufacture technology. Our technology advantages were adequately showed in the 3rd China-International Wire & Cable Industry Trade Fair in Shanghai New International Expo Centre in 2008. Our plant possesses the strength in producing No.5 class, 5+ class, and No.6 class data cable complete equipment. Experts in the industry have also affirmed our maturity that has been demonstrated in the whole process of producing special equipment. At present, our production line consists of the high-speed winding machines, automatic high-speed wire-twisting machines, pair twisters, high-speed extruders, rotation frames and cantilevered cable-formers, vertical and horizontal back twisters, automatic reel oscillating machines, high-speed wire-cutting machines, and single, double and three-layer high-speed wrapping machines. Our mature technology and stable and easy operation mode have been well received, supported and encouraged in the cable industry both at home and abroad.

Based on the present achievements, we have also developed a series of PLC type new equipment. In particular, we own our independent intellectual property rights and patents on the wire twisting machines and pair twisters. In 2004, our plant was granted with Brand & Quality Double Safeguard Demonstration Unit in Jiangsu Province and assessed as the Outstanding Private Enterprise.
