About Us

Established in 1977, Joinsoon Electronics Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (JEM) is one of the world's leading providers of interconnection products and electronics manufacturing service. Our company designs and manufactures a broad range of signal cables, medical lead wires, connectors, computer peripheral antennae, and electronics manufacturing services, specializing in data storage devices.

Continuing self-improvements through new development and vertical integration have been the foundation to JEM's great success. Our company's main manufacturing facility (located in Dongguan City, China) covers a total land area of 67,000 square meters and a building area of 646,000 square meters. Inside this enormous facility, there are more than eighty production lines, including cable assembly lines, connector production lines, antenna production lines, SMT processing lines, DIP processing lines, and electronics manufacturing production lines. To provide a total solution to the customers, JEM also houses a tooling facility, injection molding facility, raw cable extrusion, and several quality and reliability labs as parts of our main structure.

JEM has been known for high standards for products and services. To design and deliver high-quality products, JEM has labs in both research centers at Taipei headquarters and its manufacturing facility in China. At Taipei, there is an astonishing antenna anechoic chamber to simulate the environment between two wireless devices, and a fully equipped reliability lab. At Dongguan, our company's main facility holds high-bandwidth testing lab, material reliability lab, and heavy metal testing lab.

Through dedication to quality, JEM passed ISO9001:2000 Certification in the Year of 1997. Since 2001, having recognized the importance of maintaining healthy world environment, JEM has executed a series of reforms to ensure compliance with most international environmental protection regulations. This reform has established the heavy metal testing lab at the manufacturing facility in China, a trailblazer in cable assembly industry. In addition, JEM passed ISO 14000 Certification in 2004. With well established expertise in lead free production, JEM maintains proven compliance with RoHS regulation since 2005 and continues leading in this industry.

Along with headquarters in Taipei County, Taiwan, our company has branch offices in Japan, the USA, and affiliated agencies in Singapore and Korea. JEM is aggressively developing and marketing HDMI products, medical cables, and electronics manufacturing services.
