About Us

Shenzhen FKY-QY Hardware Electronic Co., Ltd. (FKY-QY) integrates the research, development and manufacture of cables, hardware and pressed parts. We are committed to the cable and standard hardware fields. Our R&D is always at the forefront of the industry, and we occupy a leading position in the DC cable and hardware fields.

Established in 2003, FKY-QY has formed an outstanding management team, unified our expert research and development strength, quickly increased productivity, and improved product quality. We unceasingly seek maximum efficiency among intense market competition, and have laid a solid foundation.

Since our inception, we have focused on high quality. Our heading machines, thread rolling machines and combination machines are introduced from Taiwan Guoling Co., Ltd. We produce products for the internationally famous power source manufacturer FSP group.

In 2004, our company also introduced 12 vertical injection molding machines from Taiwan area. We can guarantee a cable production capacity of more than 50,000pcs per month.

In 2005, we successfully made standard cables item and the hardware; and have thus saved greatly on production cost.

In 2006, we developed a cable front end working procedure that is integrated into our company's internal management. We also increased our high speed braiding, silk doubling frame and other equipment.

In 2007, we innovated investment production of hardware pressed parts and initiated a revertex injection molding project to satisfy new demands from customers. Our staff has now reached over 300 people, and our factory covers 4,000 square meters. Our annual data cable output can reach 20,000,000pcs. We can also supply 120,000,000 USB plugs.

We have taken the lead in the profession to carry out environmental protection policies. Our company has also achieved an SGS examination center testing qualified rate of 100%. In the DC coupling field, we offer the best stretching and rust resistance. We pledge to have samples ready in just 3 working days, which demonstrates our fast processing capabilities.

In the hardware industry, we have also taken the lead to carry out district-wide standardization. We can achieve a JIS standard qualified rate of 100%. Our workshop also carries out ISO9001 certification standards. Our quality rate is now at 99.3%.
