About Us
Establish in 1997, Changshu Harbour Zone Woollen Sweater Weaving Co., Ltd. is a large-scale enterprise specializing in producing and exporting boil-wool sweaters and knitted sweaters. Our company employs over 200 professional personnel and high quality staff members, and covers an area of 6,800 square metres with a construction area of 4,000 square metres. In addition, we have more than 20 strong and stable production bases cooperating with us. Our company is one hour's drive away from Shanghai.
We have a complete set of equipment: 30 units of 1.5 knitting looms, 80 units of 3-needle flat machines, 80 units of 5-needle flat machines, 98 units of 80-needle flat machines, 80 units of 9-needle flat machines, 88 units of 12-needle flat machines, 50 units of sewing machines, 4 units of perforating machines, 8 units of covering machines, 20 units of butend seam machines, 2 units of button sewing machines, 2 units of drying machines, 2 units of felting machines, a dewatering machines and 28 units of ironing tables.
Monthly, we produce over 20,000 boiled-wool sweaters and over 30,000 knitted sweaters. In 2003, our output reached 600,000 pieces, and we produced over 800,000 pieces in 2004 and the turnover reached 8,000,000 dollars. We have imported advanced equipment for our production, and all of our products are distributed to America, Canada, West Europe, Japan, Korea, and other 10 countries and regions, including Hong Kong and Taiwan area.
