Our Production facilities are vertical operations locate China, from fiber to finished products. Factory One is a chemical and eco yarn factory which is outfitted with a total of 80,000 spindles. The monthly yarn production is 500 tons (1 million pounds). Our spinning systems include ring spinning spindles, compact spinning spindles and open end spinning spindles. We have advanced experience with high tech Siro spinning systems. This factory recently signed a cooperation agreement with the famous company of world to produce SORONA and SOVIRE corn fiber based PTT elastic yarn products. There are only four such cooperation agreements in China. Factory Two is a woolen textile yarn factory with 12 sets of woolen spinning machines, 8 sets semi worsted spinning machines with turnover of 10 tons per month. We extremely control the high quality of cashmere yarn from raw materials and yarn spinning. Factory Three and Four are sweater knitting factories, total have 200 computer knitting machines, 500 hand knitting machine from 1.5 gauge to 16 gauge capabilities. In cooperation with affiliate factories, we can offer a full range of decorative finishes, including printing, beading and embroidery. Factory Five is our fabric factory with circular knitting for T-shirt fabric, sweatshirt fabric, warp knitting for towel and bathrobes fabric, and woven machines for sheet fabric and curtain fabric. Factory Six is our sewing facility with 700 experienced sewing machine operators. It currently produces 200,000pcs T-shirts, 100,000pcs woven garments, 150,000pcs bedding sets and 300,000pcs towels and bath robes units per month.
