About Us

Shengzhou Fantino Textile & Garments Co., Ltd. is an enterprise which professionally makes top
and medium grade garments and fineries, especially neckties, trousers and shirts, with a
capability of designing, weaving, printing, dyeing and making.

There are five factories affiliated to our enterprise at present. They are:
1. Weaving factory
2. Dyeing factory ( a joint venture with an investor from Korea )
3. Fabrics finishing factory ( a joint venture with an investor from Italy)
4. Garment factory
5. Necktie factory

*Weaving factory

Our factory is equipped with many types of looms. We specially weave jacquard fabrics of pure silk
or chemical fibers used for making neckties, high-grade shirts, western-style clothes, jackets,
waist coats and household purpose. The width of the fabrics can be 56, 67, 70, 85, 105, 134, 170 and 210cm. All the fabrics are made with extra care and excellent design.

*Dyeing factory (a joint venture with an investor from Korea )

The printing workshop specially prints the fabrics used for making neckties and scarves while the
dyeing workshop specially does the cone dyeing for pure silk yarn used for weaving high-grade
yarn-dyed fabrics for neckties, bed clothes and household purpose.

* Fabrics finishing factory ( a joint venture with an investor from Italy )

A specialist from Italy chronically stays in the factory and instructs the processing technology which will be used in the treatment of fabrics for softening, lustering thickening, water-proof, anti-foul and anti-crease. Different processing technology and auxiliaries will be used for fabrics to different countries. The quality of all the finished fabrics can quite meet the requirements of different customers and all the garments, neckties and fabrics satisfactorily show the effect of soft handle and without any creasing.

* Garment factory

(1) Fashion workshop: mainly making men's and women's fashion, skirts and jackets in small quantity.
(2) Trousers workshop: mainly making all types of multi-pocket trousers, leisure trousers, sport trousers and beach trousers.
(3) Shirt workshop: mainly making all types of men's and women's shirts.

*Necktie and finery factory

This workshop specially makes neckties, scarves, ties, waist belts and men's and women's fineries with pure silk, polyester or silk-imitation fabrics.

Our enterprise is one of those which firstly obtained the attestation of ISO9001 quality system in the same industry. We incorporate design, production and marketing and control the production and management strictly according to the ISO9001 quality system. Our enterprise has been paying a great attention to the quality and has enjoyed a good commercial reputation.
